PART II: STEPS TO CREATING A PATIENT ADVISORY COUNCIL
This section provides specific steps for those who are ready to launch a community-based advisory council. Specific steps are outlined here for those who are ready to launch a community-based advisory council. This is the ‘nuts and bolts’ section of the Toolkit that will be useful to project managers who are responsible for the council development, implementation and evaluation. Detailed descriptions are provided for the user to adopt and/or adapt to their specific community
